50plus employment link is the one stop shop for people who are seeking full time employment, part time work or voluntary positions as well as the support to sustain employement. We specialise in finding jobs for the over 50s and young people with employers who recognise the value of experience.

Aims & Objectives of 50+ Employemnt Link
- To engage in personal development sessions that will include building confidence/self worth, positve thinking, motivation, boosting self-esteem and learning how to cope with rejection.
-To conduct One to One personal and professional skills assessment, devise strategies in order to enhance a clients prospects.
-To organise workshops on job search, creating a CV that will get a client noticed and to help perfect interview skills.
- Provision of relevant information on employment and recruitment opportunities, including jobsearch on the internet.
- Offering One to One advice, guidance, mentoring and counselling.
-Being there for the client to offer support when needed and sign-posting the best sources of further support and guidance suitable for an individuals need.
-To provide activities and guidance geard towards volunteering and creating self-employment opportunities and training provision.
-To work in partnership with local, private and government agancies in the provision of services.
-To organise networking events, workshops seminars and conferences.
